Sustainable Energy Partnership with Eneco

Eneco is one of the largest energy suppliers in the Netherlands and a leader in the field of renewable energy, serving over 2 million business and residential customers.

As a freelance digital product designer I was contracted by DEPT® Agency to work on “Mijn Eneco”, a digital customer service platform that enables Eneco’s customers to manage their account and services.

Enhancing Eneco’s Customer Service Platform

My team was tasked with rebuilding the legacy codebase to a single-page application built in Sitecore with React. Through user research and data-driven design we were able to enhance the customer experience and successfully launched the new platform within 6 months.

Driving Sales & Design Consistency at Eneco

Transitioning to the Sales team, I spearheaded cost-effective UX testing methods, while gathering valuable user feedback. This helped align business goals with customer needs, leading to an optimised sales funnel.

Alongside the Frontend Lead, I also established the foundation for an updated Eneco Design System, now used by over 8 development teams, ensuring design consistency across the company.
